Brian Wade

Brian serves as our administrator, overseeing  the overall care and functioning of our care homes. Brian has been practicing physical therapy for 21 years working in rehabilitation, acute care and home health settings since 2003. Brian brings a comprehensive understanding of senior care needs and goals, supporting older adults in comfortable home-like setting where they can thrive.

Jay

Our activity coordinator Jay designs custom activities based on the individualized interests of each resident. She focuses on stimulating each resident cognitively to their abilities and interests. Jay also provides a fun and festive atmosphere along with seasonal activities.

Stephanie Johnson

Our house nurse Stephanie maintains consistent communication with Dr Singh and the care team to insure safe medication administration and comprehensive oversight each resident's healthcare needs. Stephanie is deeply committed to the well-being of our residents. She truly has a heart of gold and goes the extra mile to ensure our residents health and wellness. 

Dr. Kuldeep Singh

Dr. Singh our house physician, specializing in geriatrics, is intimately involved in the healthcare needs of each resident. He conducts regular rounds, remains on call, and provides attentive, individualized medical oversight. Dr Singh welcomes regular communication with our families ensuring they are involved in their loved one's needs.

Samantha Hankard

Our executive marketing officer Samantha ensures that the families are provided with a sound and clear knowledge-base of what to expect in the move-in process for a seamless and calm transition into our home.  Samantha’s wealth of knowledge of residential assisted living is unmatched and can answer all of your questions.
